Empress Hotel & Casino — Joliet, Illinois
José Magán developed the conceptual design and construction documents, and participated in the construction administration of this 3.5 million dollar renovation project. Also included in this project were a 30’ high entrance monument sign, and the landscape of 6 additional road signs, a .7 mile access road and surrounding green buffer areas, a 12.5 acre parking lot, a 5,000 SF hotel and casino pedestrian connection, two hotel entrances, and a 5,400 SF entrance plaza for this 150,000 SF casino and 33 acre site while at Linden Group, Inc.
